Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a flat 25% commission on every successful sale generated through their unique affiliate link or coupon code.

  • Commissions are calculated on the final order value, excluding shipping fees, taxes, discounts, or refunds.

2. Payout Timeline

  • Commission earnings become eligible for withdrawal after 30 days from the date of order delivery.

  • This 30-day period allows us to verify order completion, customer satisfaction, and return windows.

3. Returns & Cancellations

  • If an order is returned, cancelled, rejected, or refunded, the commission for that order will be deducted from the affiliate’s payable balance.

  • If the commission has already been paid out, the deducted amount will be adjusted against future payouts.

4. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

  • As per applicable Indian tax laws, we deduct 5% TDS on all payments made through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) as well as Gift Vouchers (EGV).

  • All payouts made under this program are considered referral fees/commission and fall under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act, making them liable for 5% TDS if PAN is provided.

  • Affiliates must provide the required details (including PAN, Payee Name, Mailing Address, etc.) to enable smooth processing of payments.

  • If PAN is not provided, any referral fee paid in the form of Gift Vouchers (EGV) will be subject to 20% TDS, as per tax regulations.

  • Affiliates will receive the net amount after TDS deduction, and may claim the TDS while filing their income tax returns.

5. Eligibility & Compliance

  • Affiliates must provide accurate account details for payouts.

  • Any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical promotion practices will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates are responsible for promoting the brand in a truthful, positive, and brand-safe manner.

  • Affiliates must not use unauthorized ads, spam techniques, or impersonation tactics.

7. Program Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or program rules at any time. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Acceptance

  • Signing up or participating in the program automatically indicates acceptance of all terms listed here.
