Order Cancellation

  1. You can simply place an order cancellation request by sending an email to support@4flaunt.com or Whatsapp us at +91 9582292234.
  2. We would accept the order cancellation only if the products have not been dispatched from our end. If the products have already been dispatch then no cancellation is allowed. 

Shipping & Delivery

    1. Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
    2. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 1-2 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 3 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
    3. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
    4. To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, 4Flaunt uses only reputable courier partners.
    5. Please allow 6 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
    6. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting the website. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
    7. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
    8. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
    9. All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store or through email - support@4flaunt.com or through whatsapp +91 9582292234.
    10. In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.
    11. Do not accept the package from the courier,  if the package is opened/tampered with. Please ask the delivery boy to return it due to the damaged/tampered/opened packaging. We will not be responsible if the customer still accepts these kind of packages. 

    Delivery Charges

    1. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

    Product Pricing

    • Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
    • Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
    • All prices on this web site in Indian Rupees.
    • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
    • The product prices are inclusive of GST.

    Returns

    1. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
    2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories like case, cleaning cloth or any freebie.
    3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds/Exchange

    1. Once the return is delivered at our address and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    2. If it is approved then we will refund the amount to your original payment method or via Bank/UPI if the order is COD or via Store credits, the validity of the store credits will be 12 months from the date issued.
    3. If you have received different, damaged or defected product then we will issue full refund or Replacement. We require photos or videos for smooth refunds and fast approvals. Please shoot a video while unboxing the product.
    4. If you have received correct product but you didn't liked the product or it's quality or it's colour then we will deduct 100 Rs for reverse pickup charges -  example : if the order amount is 1000 Rs.  then we will deduct 100 Rs. and refund you 1000-100 = 900 Rs only.

    Refund Process

    Our Refund process has these steps :
    1. Return is filed by the customer (Day 1)
    2. Product is Picked Up by courier (usually takes 1-2 Days)
    3. QC validation by 4Flaunt (usually takes 1-2 Days)
    4. Refund initiation (usually takes 1-2 Days)
    5. Credit Complete (1-7 Days depending upon method of return)
    On an average, it takes 10-15 days for a refund to reach you post initiation of a return.
