Go to the fwb loyalty program page:

Step 3: Check Your Points
On the FWB page, you’ll be able to see your total available points.
Step 4: Go to “Ways to Redeem”
Scroll down to find the “Ways to Redeem” section.
Step 5: Choose Your Reward
- Click on “Slide & Redeem”
- Open the dropdown menu
- Select your preferred coupon value (in multiples of 100 points)
Step 6: Claim Your Coupon
Click on “Claim Reward” to generate your coupon code.
Step 7: Copy the Coupon
Copy your unique coupon code.
Step 8: Apply at Checkout
- Go to your cart
- Paste the coupon code at checkout
Done 🎉
Your FWB points have now been successfully redeemed!
