Giveaway Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Meme Battle Giveaway" organized by 4Flaunt. By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating.
Contest Duration:
The contest will commence on October 22, 2023 and will be open for participation until October 31, 2023
Eligibility
1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
How to Enter:
2. To enter, participants must engage in a meme conversation with 4Flaunt or any other participants on the specified platform(s) provided by 4Flaunt.
3. Your meme conversation should be created solely using memes and adhere to community guidelines and standards of decency.
4. The meme conversation may be submitted via the designated platform as specified by 4Flaunt.
5. Multiple entries are allowed.
Participant Interaction:
5. Participants are not limited to engaging in meme conversations with 4Flaunt alone. They are also encouraged to interact with other participants, creating meme conversations among themselves.
6. The best meme conversation among participants will be considered for additional prizes. The judging criteria for these participant-to-participant conversations will be based on creativity, humor, and originality.
Please note that the same content restrictions and guidelines regarding respectful and inclusive content, as mentioned in section 7, apply to participant-to-participant meme conversations as well. Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content will result in disqualification.
Content Restrictions:
7. Meme conversations submitted as entries should not contain content related to religion, caste, politics, or any other subject matter that may be harmful, offensive, or discriminatory to any individual or group. Entries that violate this condition will be disqualified.
4Flaunt encourages participants to maintain a respectful and inclusive approach in their meme conversations and refrain from using content that could potentially offend, discriminate, or harm any individual or group of individuals.
Prizes:
8. There will be a total of 25 winners.
9. Each winner will receive a pair of sunglasses of their choice from the 4Flaunt website, subject to availability.
10. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Winner Selection:
11. The winners will be selected based on the creativity and originality of their meme conversation with 4Flaunt.
12. The judging process will be carried out by a panel of judges selected by 4Flaunt.
13. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process or the results.
Notification of Winners:
14. The winners will be notified via the platform where their meme conversation was submitted.
15. Each winner will be required to provide their contact details for the purpose of prize distribution.
Data Privacy:
16. Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with the 4Flaunt Privacy Policy.
Disqualification:
17. 4Flaunt reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is not in compliance with these Terms or is found to be inappropriate or offensive.
Liability:
18. 4Flaunt is not responsible for any issues or problems that may occur during the giveaway, including technical problems, lost or delayed entries, or any other circumstances beyond their control.
Termination of Giveaway:
19. 4Flaunt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Governing Law:
21. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
